Remarkable Futures College / Continued Education Program
We're thrilled to introduce Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ Education which is officially available for you to sign up and get started on your educational journey! This optional program, made available through a partnership with InStride, offers you upfront tuition assistance for thousands of online courses, covering life skills, languages, trades, degrees, and more to help support you in your personal and professional growth.
LEGAL NOTICE
The Chick-fil-A Enfield Education Assistance Program provides the opportunity for eligible employees to pursue educational opportunities offered through the Remarkable Futures website at http://remarkablefutures.instride.com. The Company will contribute up to $1,000 of eligible tuition costs per year for each eligible employee. The Program is intended to qualify under Section 127 of the Internal Revenue Code, which can exclude up to $5,250 of benefits, from an eligible employee’s annual taxable income. This is the maximum exclusion limit across all Section 127 Plan benefits received by an employee across all employers. If an eligible employee receives education benefits from two or more employers, the eligible employee must coordinate with those employers to ensure that the maximum $5,250 exclusion is not exceeded each calendar year. Remarkable Futures Scholarship
Each year, Chick-fil-A offers restaurant Team Members across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico the opportunity to apply for college scholarships through the Remarkable Futures Scholarships initiative. Since 1973, we’ve been able to invest more than $191 million in scholarships to help more than 105,000 Team Members pursue a higher education and achieve their remarkable future — whether it’s with Chick-fil-A or elsewhere.

Upfront payment
Scholarships are awarded to recipients up front and can be directly applied to tuition costs, without requiring tuition reimbursement.
Applicable at any school, college or university
Scholarships can be applied in any area of study at any accredited institution of the Team Member’s choice, including two- or four-year colleges and universities, online programs, or vocational-technical schools.
No tenure requirements
Team Members need to be employed at a franchised, company-owned and/or affiliated restaurant at the time of application and award, but there is no requirement of hours worked or length of service to qualify.
Tuition Discount Network
In addition to scholarships, Chick-fil-A has a network of colleges and universities, offering tuition discounts and grants to all our Team Members (and sometimes their families, too) through a partnership with Scholarship America. The Tuition Reduction Network is a list of more 100 colleges and universities, which includes public, private and online colleges and universities throughout the United States. All Team Members have access to the discounts, grants and benefits offered through these schools and can combine them with either of the above scholarships.
