Employee Contributions: Your contributions can be made on a Roth and Pretax basis.

Profit Sharing: Cross Tested
Vesting: Employee contributions, including rollover contributions are always 100% vested. Safe Harbor contributions use a 100% vesting schedule. Other employer contributions use a 6 Year Graduated vesting schedule.
Protected Benefits: Distributions are permitted upon attainment of age 59 1/2 from all accounts. Distributions are permitted as follows: Deemed Severance distributions are permitted.
EMPLOYEEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS:
Health Advocate’s EAP+Work/Life Program offers short-term counseling and support for a range of personal, family, financial and work/life issues. This unique early intervention service reduces the need for more costly mental health services, decreases absenteeism and improves productivity.
You are not required to offer this benefit, but if you choose to offer you are required to offer to all of your Team Members.

The cost of the EAP is $0.85 per employee per month or just over $10 per employee per year. That includes 3 face to face visits and unlimited telephonic or text based sessions with a licensed mental health professional.
In addition to the mental health counselor visit, your employees will have access to Health Advocates portal which provides 24-hour Emergency Hotline and case management for inpatient and outpatient treatment.
Employees have 24/7 access to call, go online or use the app for help locating resources to better balance their work and life responsibilities:
Childcare: childcare centers, family childcare homes, nanny agencies, summer camps, babysitter tips, community resources
Eldercare: nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, independent living facilities, home healthcare, hospice, respite care, geriatric Care Managers, senior centers, adult day care, community services and resources
Financial: online Financial Wellness portal and Financial Fitness Center for help with debt management, budgeting, college funding, retirement strategies and other issues; free 30-minute consultation with a financial specialist
Legal: family law, real estate, estate planning, motor vehicle, elder law, criminal matters; free 30-minute consultation with a legal specialist; access to discounted legal services
